How Your Order Ships
Once you complete your purchase, you'll receive an email confirming we've got your order and have started preparing it. This usually takes 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
Once your items are ready, we'll ship them out and send you a second email with tracking information so you can follow your package along the way.
After shipping, your order generally takes 3–10 business days (Monday–Friday) to arrive.
In total, expect your items within 4–12 business days (Monday–Friday) from the date you placed your order.
Every order shipped to a US address includes free shipping — no extra charges.
Package Running Late?
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, no need to worry. Wait an additional 2 business days and check your tracking information for updates.
We ask that you allow a full 3 extra business days past the estimated arrival before reaching out to us. If your package still hasn't shown up after that, contact us at hello@carielauren.com and we'll look into it straight away.
Want to Cancel?
Need to cancel your order? Reach out to us at hello@carielauren.com as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that once we've started processing your order, we won't be able to cancel it.
Wrong or Damaged Items?
If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong items, we're truly sorry. Please email us at hello@carielauren.com with clear photos showing the issue. We'll take a look right away and make sure you receive the right, undamaged products.
