Return Timeframe
Returns must be requested within 30 days of your delivery date.
Starting a Return
To initiate a return, contact our support team at hello@carielauren.com and provide your order number. You'll find this in your confirmation email or on the invoice included with your package.
Once we've approved your return request, we'll send you full instructions on where and how to send your items back. Please note that we're unable to accept returns that arrive without prior authorization.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the return is the result of an error on our end — such as a wrong item, a damaged product, or a defective piece. All returns need to be shipped to our warehouse facility in Asia: Lane 1177, Jianlan Road, Meixu Street, Yinzhou District, 315100 Ningbo, Zhejiang, China.
Please understand that customs-related delays are outside of our control and won't qualify as valid grounds for a return. When returning a bundled order, all items from that bundle must be sent back together — we don't accept partial returns from bundles.
When We Cover Return Shipping
If your order arrives damaged, has manufacturing defects, or doesn't match what you ordered (wrong color, size, or variation), we'll take care of the return shipping costs. Just reach out to us at hello@carielauren.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll guide you through the process.
For bundled purchases, please keep in mind that all items in the bundle must be returned as a complete set. We're unable to process returns of individual items from a bundle.
Product Condition Requirements
Items being returned must be in pristine, unused condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags, labels, and liners intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show any sign of wear, use, or damage.
Received a Damaged or Wrong Item?
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you notice any damage, defects, or discrepancies, contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@carielauren.com. We'll work with you to make it right and cover return shipping in these cases.
Need an Exchange?
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return your original purchase first. Once we've processed your return, you're free to place a new order for the item you'd prefer.
How Refunds Are Processed
When your return reaches our warehouse, our team will inspect it within 2–4 business days. Once approved, your refund will be issued within that same timeframe.
Depending on your bank or payment method, expect to see the funds in your account within 10 business days. If it's been more than 15 business days since we approved your return and you still haven't received your refund, please don't hesitate to reach out at hello@carielauren.com.
